Welcome to RinkData. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, software platform, and services (“Services”) offered by RinkData, based in Raleigh, NC. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

RinkData provides a subscription-based lead generation and web scraping tool designed to help real estate professionals identify potential home sellers in specific geographic areas. The Services include access to a proprietary platform that delivers data insights through publicly available sources.

2. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must register for an account by providing your name, email address, and payment information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Plans, Billing & Cancellations

RinkData offers monthly subscription plans at:

• $149.99/month for the Standard Plan
• $199.99/month for the Premium Plan

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

3.1 Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@rinkdata.com before your next billing cycle.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• You will continue to have access until your subscription period ends.
• You will not be billed for the following month.
• No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of the billing cycle after the 3-day refund window has passed.

3.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund if requested within 3 days of your initial subscription purchase.

• Refunds apply to first-time users only and are limited to the first billing cycle.
• No refunds are offered after the 3-day period has elapsed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. You shall not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or duplicate the RinkData platform.
• Use data obtained through the platform for illegal or unethical activities.
• Resell or redistribute data from RinkData without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services.

5. Data Privacy

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and data delivery formats used by RinkData are the intellectual property of RinkData. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your personal or business real estate purposes.

7. Availability and Service Interruptions

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Services but do not guarantee 100% uptime. From time to time, RinkData may perform scheduled maintenance or face technical outages. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions.

RinkData is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
