We want you to be fully satisfied with your RinkData subscription. If you're not satisfied with our service, we offer a 100% refund within the first 3 days of your subscription start date.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The refund request must be made within 3 days of your initial purchase.
• Refunds apply only to the first subscription period ($149.99 or $199.99 plan).
• No refunds will be granted after the initial 3-day period.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us before your next billing cycle. Once canceled:

• You will retain access for the remainder of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged in the following cycle.
• Cancellations made after the renewal date are not eligible for a refund.
